First time sharing my natural soaps! : soapmaking

Hello fellow soapers! 🙂

I’m comparatively new to the cleaning soap making world however have 5 current batches I am actually happy with that I am excited to share. I’ve quite a lot of artwork in my background and have been fairly devoted to ceramics for the previous few years, however when the studio shut down this spring I knew I needed to discover one thing new to maintain me busy – I LOVE making issues and actually missed it! I have been difficult myself with the restricted palate of colours & scents by specializing in solely pure colorants & EOs – nothing in opposition to micas and FOs however I prefer to set myself a artistic problem!

From prime to backside, now we have unscented with coconut milk & calendula, citrus and lavender with selfmade orange peel powder & calendula, lemongrass and sage with a turmeric swirl, sandalwood with a sandalwood powder, purple clay & charcoal swirl, after which tea tree and litsea cubeba with rose clay and charcoal. All of them have some kaolin clay as properly.

Nonetheless studying a lot and excited to maintain experimenting! I am making very small batches, four bars at a time, to permit for max experimentation with out ending up completely drowning in bars of cleaning soap. I would LOVE to listen to what pure colours & EO combos you want to make use of, or any suggestions for gateway FOs you suppose I ought to experiment with 😉
