Plot – Spoilers:
Christine, a supermodel on the peak of her magnificence and fame is at a seashore taking pictures promos for a lipstick model. Her teenage sister Kathy invitations the music instructor from faculty, Gordon, with the intention of getting Christine to take heed to his music. It’s a foolish motive to ask somebody to a shoot however one which makes a variety of sense to Kathy, and oddly to Gordon too.
Christine who’s indulgent to her child sister is well mannered to Gordon and casually invitations him to her residence to play his stuff as she is busy with the shoot. Gordon takes the informal invitation critically and turns up at her place and forces her to take heed to his compositions that are putrid to say the least. It turns into clear to him that Christine isn’t impressed and he proceeds to rape her brutally. The remainder of the film follows the courtroom drama that ensues.

Gordon is evidently delusional and sees himself as some sort of digital artist and the awkwardness of their conversations is painful to observe. And the best way he walks round all over the place with that tape recorder tucked in his arm :))
Margaux Hemingway is the granddaughter of Ernest Hemingway and was a ’70s supermodel irl. The child sister in Lipstick was performed by her real-life sister Mariel, who later claimed that Margaux (who dedicated suicide at 42) had been molested by their father rising up.
The Cesc Fabregas trying Gordon is Chris Sarandon, Susan Sarandon’s first husband from whom she took her surname.
